Today was my first time at this location around 4:30. Upon lowering my window I was overwhelmed by a pungent odor. Not sure if it was the dumpsters or the business next door. When placing my order the lady sounded aggravated that she had a customer and I was the only one there. However, the young lady who took my payment was very nice and friendly. No complaints about my coffee, it was made perfectly and tasted great!

I asked for my order to be remade because it had no flavor. The second drink taste the same way NO FLAVOR. I even had my husband taste it. His drink was perfect so I’m confused. What happened when making mines. I travel to Lubbock once a month for work and the hotel I stay at while visiting is close by this Starbucks so it’s convenient. I don’t won’t to have to go further out for coffee I love Starbucks but I won’t continue spending my money for flavorless coffee. I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch.

It’s so expensive for a coffee! The food is pretty good but also expensive for what you get. But, I love their coffee and will keep going back.

Everyone is so nice at this location (inside market street). The cashier gave me an idea to make my latte cooler because I just had major dental work done. Absolutely awesome.
